White oak curvy stuff! We built these newels in the shop and had a fun time curving the rails up on site. Did not have fun mortising each one of the solid steel scrolls by hand, however! 😱. Awesome photos by the talented @dashaaphotos Design: @mint

Really dig how this Fernwood Craftsman home turned out- great job by @expansionproperties on this build. We helped with design on the stairs, trim, mantle and coffers and then made a lot of sawdust to make them come to life 💥! Photos by @platinumhd
